ingredients:

  • 2 oz amber or white rum
  • juice of one lime
  • 4 – 5 oz ginger kombucha (or ginger beer)
  • one inch of fresh ginger, peeled and cut into coins
  • fresh pineapple, cut into chunks
  • ice
  • lime, mint sprig +/or pineapple slice for garnish
